Arnold Pallay, MD, Founder and Medical Director of Changebridge Medical Associates, a member of Consensus Health, in Montville, NJ, is the Medical Director of Partners In Care (PIC). He serves on the Clinical Governing Board for Consensus Health. Dr. Pallay, is a Board-Certified Family Practice Physician and a nationally recognized health care leader.
In his role as the Medical Director for Partners In Care, Dr. Pallay leads the clinical team in achieving quality measure analytics across all PIC sites — including the Consensus Health practices. He provides education for the nursing team and meets with medical directors of insurance carriers to interface on issues relevant to practices. The team utilizes evidence-based medicine protocols coupled with their clinical acumen so that all patients can attain top notch care from their chosen providers. Technology interfaces are an important element for population health and Dr. Pallay and the talented team at Partners In Care strive to join together to provide quality patient care with advanced analytical tools.
Dr. Pallay is an appointed National Delegate to the American Academy of Family Physicians for the State of New Jersey, where he serves on its prestigious Commission on Education. He serves as the Vice Chairman of the Montville Board of Health and has served as President of the New Jersey Academy of Family Physicians, the Morris County Medical Society, and the New Jersey Association of Medical Specialty Societies. Dr. Pallay has served as a founding member on the Board of the Healthcare Quality Partners ACO of Atlantic Health. In addition, he serves as the Medical Director at several local senior care facilities and at several local school systems.
Dr. Pallay founded the Genomics Medicine program at Atlantic Health System where he still serves as their Associate Medical Director. He consults on many national and international research projects in Population Health and in Clinical Genomics.
Dr. Pallay is a graduate of the combined seven-year program in Medicine at Boston University. He regularly teaches medical students and is an active faculty member and appointed Associate Clinical Professor at the Rutgers, Touro and Seton Hall Medical Schools.
