As Consensus Health’s Chief Operating Officer, Christine’s dynamic leadership skills help drive improved quality, enhanced patient experience and engagement, as well as physician satisfaction and productivity. Her exceptional ability to bring operational and clinical leaders to the table to rethink and design workflow, process, and systems to achieve goals and improve quality is unparalleled.

A proven leader with over 25 years of experience, Christine oversees Consensus Health’s Operations, working with physicians and their teams to improve overall practice performance across the organization.

Before joining Consensus, Christine spent nearly 20 years working with AtlantiCare Health System where she held key roles in Health Care Operations and Human Resources including Director of Benefits, Corporate Director of Population Health Transformation, Executive Director of Physician Practice Operations and Assistant Vice President of Transformation.  In these various roles Christine accomplished numerous initiatives including the redesign of AtlantiCare’s employee health programs to enroll and implement the first self-funded health plan in Atlanticare’s ACO; she integrated the Geisinger Health Plan and Proven Care Models into the AtlantiCare Primary Care, Cardiology, OB/GYN and Hospital medicine service lines; acquired over 30 practices and led growth projects to implement more than 20 new sites including a 60,000 square foot medical mall. Christine was responsible for leading the design and implementation of multiple initiatives to improve access, enhance provider and patient experience, and drive financial performance of the medical group and health system.

Christine holds a bachelor’s degree from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania in Business Management, is a certified greenbelt in lean six sigma through Rutgers university as well as an MBA from Stockton University.
